This villa is available for seasonal rental on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the months of July and August 2025.
The weekly price includes linen, towels and final cleaning, excluding tourist tax, damage deposit and an administration fee (€250). The damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of the end of your stay provided no damage has occurred.
Possibility to pay the rental fee in 2 or 3 times with final payment due 60 days before arrival.
