This charming 3-star house in the cosy and Provencal village of La Garde-Freinet in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is centrally located between the A8 motorway, the Plaine des Maures nature reserve and the coast of Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Croix Valmer and Cavalaire sur Mer.
The shops, restaurants and bars, art galleries and the cosy bi-weekly local market are all within walking distance from the house.
This property has a bright and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a roof terrace with a seating/dining arrangement overlooking the surrounding hills.
The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, ceramic stove and an oven.

Four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, another bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, and a single bedroom all on the same floor. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel heater, a washing machine and a dryer and a clothes steamer. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Another suite, with a balcony, on the entrance level has a double bed of 140 cm. Only the tourist tax of €1.96 p.p. applies to all persons aged 18 and over.
